Hello! I am currently working with a CCD detector coupled with a RGB LED inside a flow detection cell. Can anibody tell me where is a good article that explains how this system of detection (calibration of the three colours) works? Beacause I have to calibrate each in order to remove the influence of the other two. I must do the same with all possible pairs of colour lights. Thank you.
