chemistry help (freezing and boiling points)

A rocksalt (NaCl), ice , and water mixture is used to cool milk and cream to make homemade ice cream. how many grams of rocksalt must be added to water to lower the freezing point 10.0 degrees celcius?

i cannot find out how i am supposed to figure out the grams when i need mol to figure it out and in order to get mol i need grams  ???
