Hi all.
I was wondering if there is such thing as a Cu complex that forms.
For example, when testing for Phosphorus you can use the Stannous Chloride method, which involves using Ammonium Molybdate. When in contact with the P ion a blue complex forms.
I was thinking about doing a future project on a colormetric method for determining Cu and possibly Pb in water.. That would of course depend on complexes that form with Cu and Pb.
Thanks.
Chris
