Where can I find a list of complex- ion formation constants, particularly of FeCl4, CoCl4, CuCl4 and NiCl4? I need them for a chromatography lab report, and I can't find them anywhere.

You didn't specify the metal's oxidation number. For the M³⁺ chlorides I found these two data:

Reaction                                K_{dissociation complex} = K_equilibrium
FeCl₄^-  <-->  FeCl₃ + Cl^-             -1.9 
CuCl₄^-  <--> CuCl₃ + Cl^-             -0.55
