What is the answer to this question?

Explain why lysine has 3 pKa values of 2.18, 8.95 and 10.55?

I have no idea.... :(

Are you sure it is pKa? Because I think that the problem said Ka (acidity constant). Am I right?

Those look like pKa not Ka

Yes they are Pka. If they were Ka wouldn't they be decimals?
