CH2-O-CH2 + CH3-CH(OH)-CH3

Does the product look like this?

CH3-CH(CH3)-O-CH2-CH2-OH
       
If it is, how do you name it?

Yes, the product looks like this.

I'd call it 2-isopropoxyethanol
