Which of these two is unstable ??
B- or Be-

 ithink it s B- becoz of less than half filled orbitals which cause instablity

any diff answer wit hproper explaination or same answer with any diff proper explaination is welcome...  :) :)

You can always say that one is more stable than the other if it releases a greater amount of energy. i.e, by doing so, the PE of the system is reduced more, making it more stable...

I think you're true, and considering that we only need a rough evaluation of stability we only have to know the periodic trend of this value: in this case, moving across a period from left to right, Ea increases so we can say that B- is more stable than Be-.
