I need to find in psychrometric chart in pressure range from 4 to 1 bar. All the psychrometric chats and calcularot I found are for atmostferic pressure or lower pressure.

You could try PsychroGen 2. It is free to download (from www.airquest.co.uk) and try out. It can plot psychrometric charts for air/water vapour over a very wide range of pressures and temperatures.
