Anhydrous Sodium Carbonate question
« on: September 12, 2009, 10:48:17 PM »
In a titration experiment, why is sodium carbonate used to prepare the standard solution instead of hydrated sodium carbonate?

im guessing because it will affect the number of moles or something in the concentration...

anyone know this? xD

EDIT: this is a titration experiment between Na2CO3 and 2HCl
