as you know methyl group can hyper conjugate, is there any group that has this capability?

I hope I don't get any credit for this and hope I don't get into trouble for not following the Socratic Model, but there are lots of of examples of hyperconjugation other than methyl groups. Was there something more specific you had in mind? An internet search will show up lots of examples of hyperconjugation. Did you need help with a particular example?

no, I don't have any specific example in my mind, but I can't recognize groups that can hyperconjugate (except methyl groups). I would be grateful if you tell me where I can find the list of those groups which can hyperconjugate, I'm sure that would help much.

thank you, although I can't realize clearly the other groups which enable to do hyperconjugation, but I get so many valuable points from the pages which you introduced me , I think I should do more practice on this subject
