I have a question, few days  back i stumbled upon a few  chemicals i was just curious about, but later could not find anything more about them.

one is supposedly an anti venom or antidote to cyanide poisoning, and another supposed to be in some skin ointments

they are Tetrachloride Theosulfate (Hyposulfite)
and
Noxine Tetrachlorine  (NTH)

i want to know what are the uses of these chemicals, and also tell me what does "noxine" and "R03" stand for
