Structural activity relation
« on: November 11, 2009, 04:10:06 PM »
Hi :

I am looking for a simple molecular modeling  program for doing structural activity relationship between enzyme and inhibitors. This is to optimize  my inhibitor before I venture into any synthesis.

Is there any free program available in online?

I would really appreciate your help.

Thanks.

Not really, in my opinion, much will depend on your target. Perhaps look into things like Topliss diagrams and Craig plots for a first approximation to an approach

Try Autodock! Not very simple but also can run on windows. Plus it's FREE!   8)
