Run a google search using "glycolysis"

It should provide you with all the information you need  8)

You need to add the ATP yield of glycolysis (from glucose to acetylcoA, or to CO2 + H20 in the Krebs cycle+oxidative phosphorylation if you take "complete oxidation" literally) plus the ATP yield (or consumption) of the release of a glucose residue in glycogen to free glucose.
That's about 3-4 pathways involved in succession.
