Just the same (more or less) as you'd make any 20% solution - do you mean w/w , w/v, ??? Note the reactivity of Borohydride too, so some solvents may not be a good idea.

You asked how to make a % solution - we gave you the information;
You asked about reactivity (and supplied a MSDS) - we told you in which sections of the MSDS to look and provided additional information.

What more can we do for you?

Sodium borohydride reacts slowly with alcohols and with water, as long as the pH is basic (high). A good solvent can be ether.

to JGK : I want to know reaction between water and Sodium borohydride? If the reaction is very dangerous, please tell me.... but if the reaction doesn't dangerous, I can continue to make this solution. thx
