Can someone please explain to me what is the difference between the Valence Bond Theory and the Molecular Orbital Theory?

Thank You

VB only takes into consideration valence electrons, but MO accounts for energy levels and predicts molecular shapes more readily.  Try Googling the differences, I'm sure some professor has his/her lecture uploaded.
