PCl5 vs 3 amminopyridine

I am reacting pcl5 with 3 amminopyridine but instead of getting 4 chlorines substituted I am getting only 3 of them substituted .please give m suggestions?

Where are you not getting substitution? You may have to change the electronics of the ring to get (ultimately) all aromatic C-H replaced by C_Cl

3-aminopyridine has only 3 free C's in the ring, where were you expecting more?
