Find equilibrium expression of CO2(g) + H2(g) <-> H2O(g) +CO(g)
given H2O(g) <-> H2(g) + 1/2O2(g) K1= 4.0 x 10^-6
and 2 CO2(g) <--> 2CO(g) + O2(g) k2= 1.3 x 10^-10
I think you reverse the first equation and so k1 value is inverted 1/k1 and than you find concentration of H2 and H20 from first equation.
and than divide the second equation by 2 or x 1/2 so you do k2^1/2
and find concentration of co2 and c0 and from this you can find equilibrium expression of target reaction.
B) a mixture of CO2, H2, H2O, and CO concentration 2, 1 ,4 2 M all put in container , will CO2 tend to react as reaction proceeds toward equilibrium.
I do not know how to answer this.
