How many moles are theoretically present?

Calculate the number of moles of potassium iron III oxalate trihydrate theoretically present in flask 1.

What info do I need to be able to do this? I used 0.1297 grams of oxalate, what do I do to find the answer with that?

I used 0.1297 grams of oxalate

That's enough, all you need is formula of oxalate and its molar mass.

There's another question after that, it says calculate the moles of oxalate in flask 1.

Wouldn't these be similar/ same answers? o.o I would start with the amount of oxalate used divided by the molar mass? ...

You have to be more precise, as you have not listed enough information. If you have transferred all the mass of oxalate to flask then yes, nothing have changed and number of moles of oxalate is that calculated. If you have used some other procedure - involving splitting solution between flasks - then amount has changed.
