Can anyone tell me anything about casting water extended polyester, its uses and so on?

Thanks for the prompt reply!  Yes, I've looked at this site already.  I was after more technical information, possibly looking at blowing the system.

The WEP should form an emulsion. 

You could mix and inject air or CO2.

What expansion are you looking for?

There are chemical blowing agents that will decompose with heat.
