pls help.. how to find Cl-

hell guys please help me..
I want to find Cl or NaCl from Tomatopaste> what the procdure is please?
I have this Procedure but it didn't hepl.
(((Ash ~5gr paste add water 40ml. then 10m Nitric Acid, then titration with NaOH 0.1N)))

I want to have a procedure (How to find salt in tomato paste) or how to find Cl- in tomato paste..
but your given link was just some knwoledge although it was useful but it didn't help me..[/size]

You have still to look for ashing procedure.
