I'm sorry but I didn't know the answer about hybridization of C in that compound,exactly I didn't understand why is sp hybridization of C between two double bonds.I just asked to take any good explanation for this.

It is sp hybridized for the single bonds connected to the central carbon. The two unhybridized p-orbitals on the central carbon participate in creating the double bonds, one is used for each side of the carbon. The double bonds are offset from each other by about 90 degrees as shown in this image borrowed from
