How do i make this?

I need to make 50ml of 50mM Citrate buffer at pH 3.0 using citric acid and sodium citrate. how do i do this?

is this correct? 0.147g citric acid in 900uL water + 0.174g sodium citrate in 4100 uL water + 45 ml water
