2,4-dimethylpentane with Cl2 with the presence of uv radiation.
I tried it but my answer was odd
what would the correct answer be.

and also  NaBH4 and H+/H2O is reacted with 2-methyl-3-hexanone? I think for this one I am putting my hydrogen in the wrong position

There is no single correct answer. Chlorination in the presence of UV light will give a plethora of isomeric products.

But preferred are two tertiary carbon atoms

During reduction you should add two hydrogen atoms

What about reactivity and selectivity? I don't think the 3o Hydrogen is as likely to be abstracted as the primary ones
