Chemdraw rip-offs
« on: April 10, 2010, 07:47:21 PM »
Does anyone know where to find Chemdraw like freeware or cheap rip-offs.  The actual program is a bit ot of my price range.  I don't need many functions other than just drawing.  Thanks

I have used Chemsketch and Symyx Draw.

Personally I prefer Chemsketch because you can do a lot more in it, but if you are only looking for quickly making 2D images of molecules, Symyx Draw is the better alternative of the two.
