hello..i am new here.. i don't know if i am posting to a correct forum..please forgive me if i am wrong..

recently i have problems in my research.. i am a postgraduate student currently doing research on gelatin by using GCMS.. i used to use pyridine and ethyl chloroformate to derivatize my sample..but lately, i cannot get any ECF from any supplier here in Malaysia..they said that it is air forbidden, thus cannot be shipping here anymore..it is been almost 6months my research being stuck here just because run out of ECF.. what should i do? my research is almost 60% done..
