What is the heat capacity of starch?

I am trying to do a heat balance over a rector that is going to hydrolyse starch(with water) and produce glucose..i need the Cp of starch or the heat of starch formation or even the heat of the hydrolysis rxn..av checked many buks and i havnt bn able 2 get any of these infos.If u can tell me these and tell me a thermochemistry book i can see dis i will appreciate.thanks

The heat of combustion of starch is 4179 gcal/g, from this you should be able to calculate the heat of formation
