Serious career issues

Hey guys, I need some help.

I've just completed high school, and I would like to take up chemistry for the rest of my life.

There are 2 paths in front of me now :

1. BSc Hons Chemistry (from India) and then go to the US/UK for MS,PhD, etc
2. MSc Hons Chemistry (5 year course without an intermediate BSc degree) from India and then go to the US/UK for PhD, etc.

One more thing... I would be glad if you could read my introduction and a topic named 'mastering chemistry' in the Chemical Education forum. These will provide some substantial information about me and my interests. Please do go through them and please do reply.
