so how can i avoid this reaction and force sulfate ion to reduced instead ?
is it possible or ... iam dreaming ?

use a very low current and don't use more voltage than you need. You'll still make some Hydrogen, but it will be minimal.
EDIT: See if you can find a textbook that talks about "hydrogen overvoltage." I can't seem to find anything at the moment.
