what would be the total expenditure on extraction...as in wat all equipments are required including pumps an all...

The answer is ... it depends. It depends on the feedstock, equipment, throughput, economics, overhead, capital, technical requirements, government legislation, building costs, and throw in a measure of the latest world scale economics.

You may want to start calculating your specific application with Perry's Handbook, and possibly some costing programs.
