Why the two compounds in Fig 1 are "two conformers of the same molecule"? While the two compounds in Fig 2 are "Enantiomers"

They are conformers because of the ring flipping.

I would say - They are conformers (because of the ring flipping) but not enantiomers. They only look like enantiomers but they are the same compound.
