why azeotropic mixture boils at low temperature i observe toluene & water azeotrope boil at low temperature??

an azeotropic mixture can either boil at a lower or higher temperature that the components of the mixture. an azeotrope that boils at a lower temperature is called a positive azeotrope. source from wikipedia
