Gilbert-Seyferth vs. Ohira-Bestmann?

Anyone have experience with either of these two alkynlation protocols and could mention the merits/disadvantages of one versus the other? Thanks.

It depends a lot on your substrate structure but I like the Bestmann process as it is milder and the side products are easier to remove. You could also try the Corey-Fuchs procedure
