Hello All,
How I can create AIA (now known as .CDF) files from raw GC-MS data files from Enhanced Data analysis (GC/MS: HP 6890, Quadrupol Mass Selective Detector 5973; Agilent Technologies).

Hi
In Chemstation, you can open your data file, then click on File and Export Data to AIA format.
This is the easiest way to generate a .cdf data file.
