E-Z nomenclature major product question

For the question below I keep getting choice A bc since its an E2 reaction, shouldn't the hydrogen and halogen be anti coplanar? Im not sure why its Z. Thank you so much!

I agree with antiperiplanar elimination. I get B. I suggest you double check your original assignments of R/S assignments. Cl is highest in each center.
