General concensus seems to be is that it can not work.
Water Imp [electro magnetic] is supposed to have had trials done by Bath University but they give no verifiable references.
Also they do not give a verifiable postal address where one can contact them, which is rather odd.
Have asked the labs at Severn Trent their opinions on these type of device and they seemed to think that they are dubious.
Does anyone know of any trials conducted at Bath ?
