Electronic configuration of Na is 1s22s22p63s1.There are 3 fully filled subshells: 1s, 2s, 2p.But since p subshell has 3 orbitals, the total number of fully filled orbitals is 5! (1s, 2s, 2px, 2py, 2pz)
