interaction of water and ethanol

A. ionic, B. dipole, C. dispersion, D.hydrogen bonding, E. all above, F. correct answers B, C, D

It is definitely hydrogen bonding, but may it be E or F?

Well, are water and ethanol ions? Are they polar molecules? Doesn't everything have dispersion?

looks like correct answer is F: bipolar, dispersion and hydrogen bond
