Titration
« on: January 12, 2011, 08:01:13 PM »
So i added 2.272 grams of a solid to water to form a 250mL solution (acid) and i titrated it using NaOH (concentration of 0.106M)
and i got the following information:
Volume of acid / Volume of NaOH
10mL / 14.9mL
10mL / 14.8mL
10mL / 14.8mL
10mL / 14.8mL
10mL / 14.8mL

What could the unknown acid be? and what would its concentration be?

Think step by step. First try to figure out how many moles of NaOH reacted.
