CH3CH2NH3Cl or CH3CH2NH3+ Cl-, which is most correct?

The reaction of acyl chloride + 2 equivalents of primary amine gives an amide + HCl. The second amine reacts with the HCl, but which is the most correct way of writing the other product? I can't seem to find one answer to my problem.

I would prefer the second, but for most purposes the two are the same.

It is preferable to write as "CH3CH2NH3+ Cl-" instaed of the first one.
More over in the first structure, where is the charges?(count the no. of electrons for each ateoms) Hence it is not correct.
Alternatively u can write as CH3CH2NH2.HCl!
