I'd recommend a more descriptive subject line next time- I think you'll get more help.

What I'd do is take para-hydroxy benzoic acid, if you can get it, and add 1 equivalent of oxalyl chloride or thionyl chloride at room temperature. Monitor the reaction by TLC, I'd expect 30 mins to an hour.

It'd help if you told us what you had or where you needed to start from =)
