hi everyone

i am working in blending plant which blend the raw materials  to product a new material for the drilling facilities. by the way i have alot of old samples and they kept in the lab since 2000 . i want to disposal these material and it are alot of them, each bottle of sample  has 500ml. It are two bases water base and oil base.

i want to thrown it but i don't know how? if you know any way or method or msds can help me just give me a good idea or suggest.
