Request for advanced exercises
« on: March 09, 2011, 05:04:27 PM »
Hi,

I am looking for exercises based on completing organic reaction sequences. I mean: given A--->B---->C--->... and the reagents involved in the transformations, trying to guess the structure of A, B, C.... In Spain, we call them "Alphabet" problems

Does anyone have problems like this or know a web where I could find some of them? I´m interested on hard ones that include all functional groups and reactions from any kind. For example, a total synthesis.

Thanks in advance
