I have to predict a suitable separating solvent mixture for LSD, THC and amphetamines, one which will give THC an Rf value of approx. 0.5.
I've found out that they are all soluble in ethanol, but how do I determine what other substance to mix with the ethanol and what ratio of Ethanol:______ should it be?
