Can any one tell .. is it [possible to find the forward rate of dissociation of weak acid ( H2PO4-)..   I dont want the equillibrium rate constant which is 6.31*10^-8.    I want to find the forward rate constant.  if this value is already available can so

not possible

H2PO4−(aq)+ H2O(l)   ::equil:: H3O+(aq) + HPO42−(aq)       Ka2= 6.31×10−8

as we know here our Ka2 = kf / kb
kf rate of forward reaction
and kb is rate of back ward reaction.

so i want to know the value of kf.

so is it possible to find this.
or if this value is already available in the literature, can some one please give me a link to it.
thanx
