Remove iodine, strontium, caesium from 10,000m3 water

Hello you all!

You know people at the (the remnants of) Fukushima Dai-ichi power plant lack storage capacity for radioactive water. The present intent is to release 11,000m3 of lightly radioactive water into the Pacific to make room to store more radioactive water.

If you know a way to remove the contaminants before releasing the water, the right time to tell it is now. Under "a way", we shall probably understand: doable within one or two days without bringing heavy hardware from a distant location.

In addition to uranium and plutonium oxides - supposedly a fine powder in that water - I expect radioisotopes of iodine, caesium, strontium plus a complete cocktail.

A resin ion exchanger is unrealistic for such amounts and delays, right?

Could maybe the three mentioned elements, which are the most deleterious, be precipitated from water?
Other ideas?

Could for instance something like a crown ether, or an amine analogue, bind selectively with caesium or with strontium?
