How to remove paint from plastic?
« on: April 07, 2011, 05:14:35 PM »
Hi,
I want to remove the factory painted (or whatever process that is) letters and signs from a computer keyboard keys, plastic. Of course, I do not want to damage the plastic keys in the process. I tried a nail polish remover (with acetone), but apparently it does not harm the paint but dissolves/smears the plastic a bit...
What do you think would work?
Regards

paint them over gently in the base color of your keyboard.
By far the easiest way.
