Can somebody tell me any chemicals that are able to remove grease/hydraulic oil on concrete?

Use sawdust, kitty litter, or speedy dry first to remove any excess oil. After that, soap, water, a scrub brush, and good old fashioned elbow grease can work miracles. If that does not cut it, try something harsher like trisodium phosphate (TSP).
