by hand or you want a computer program to predict the spectra for you?
Knowing why you got a question wrong is better than knowing that you got a question right.

What format is the spectrum? Many programs allow you to copy and paste them directly into other programs. You might also be able to export it as an image file or a .pdf. If you're desperate you could take a screen shot, paste it into an image editor, crop it, and paste it into a document. Worst case scenario: print it and scan it.
Individual results may vary

The coloring and stacking of the spectra is all software mediated, that is to say that it is not made colorful and stacked after it is calculated. The same program that creates the spectra is presenting it in that fashion.. What software are you using to procure spectra? You might be able to play with output settings.. As far as getting it into MS Word, that is at the worst a print screen, but more than likely a File-->Export or Save As... A right-click Copy... Paste might serve you just as well!.

You can load the image file into Photoshop, and then change colors and add text and image blocks to get what you want...
