i would like to ask a expert a qustion about mannich bases~~

would phenylacetaldehyde react whit phenol and secondary amine to form a mannich base?
and would the reaction take place at the ortho or para
position of the phenol>?
would the produck be a (1,2-diarylethylamine derivative)
