Hello,

And another question If I have a calcum salt of D-glyceric acid .I 
use a ionit Dowex 50 WX2 SERVA H+ to exchange a ion Ca2+ for H+ and  get a D-glyceric acid.My question is if I have a water solution of D-
glyceric acid as eluate if it can racemize?If I have to cool this  eluate below 0 degree of Celsius to prevent racemization of this 
 compound?And when calcium D-glycerate is inject on column with   
ionit Dowex H+ if in moment of exchange of ion in water solution on 
column--> in this moment take place  a racemization?
